Is Your Kundalini Awake?

The following are some common Kundalini related experiences. Please know that having an experience listed here does not necessarily mean that your Kundalini is awake. Many of these experiences match medical symptoms, so we leave it to you to be self-honest and discriminating. That said, if you feel your experience may fit some of the things on this list, it may be that your Kundalini is awakening. If so, the next step will be to find out why this is happening and what to do about it.

Kundalini Clinic: At the Monthly Mandala with Durga Ma, you may share your experience(s) with Durga Ma and ask her any questions you may have. Others will benefit from hearing about your experiences and the answers to your questions.
