Here's a twist on the workout routine.
How about workouts for attaining mental and emotional flexibility,
and lifting the weight of your overall state of being to one of
your own choosing? Lose some of that mental weight you're

up for a Mental Yoga workout and begin the road to greater mental

Early Registration $95 - Must
be paid in full two weeks prior to the first class.
Regular Fee $105 - A $50 deposit
must be made at the time of registration and the balance due paid
by the first night of class.
Deferred Payment $115 - A
$50 deposit must be made at the time of registration and the balance
due paid in weekly payments as set forth in the particular course
and within the designated timeframe for that course.
