The Eight Limbs Practice (Ashtanga Yoga)

Learn about eight practices for deepening meditation and accelerating spiritual growth and transformation, and the superhuman powers that result with success. I have made these otherwise lofty teachings easy to understand and to use in today's world.

You will experiment with control and restraint of the life energy, introversion of the attention and life energy, and concentration and meditation as the means of attaining samadhi.

This course is based on my own translation of the Yoga Sutras of the ancient master, Patanjali. It is presented in plain and simple English to make it accessible and useful for everyone.

Subjects: The eight limbs; how to understand and apply the first two steps to your life; hatha yoga; raja yoga; meditation; special powers; meditation in motion; meditation upgrades; stress relief; pranayama; pratyahara; the meditative state; samadhi.
